EDU 250 - Foundations of American Education

The nature of school environments, design, organization of school curricula, characteristics of effective schools/instruction in grades K-12, educational structures, practices, and projections for the future will be studied.

Prerequisite(s): ENG 110  (or concurrent enrollment) This course will examine historical, philosophical, political, economic, and legal foundations of American public education systems.
