WES 155 - Customer Service Credit Hours: 1 This course helps students learn the skills necessary to serve as an effective interface between customers and the organization offering products and/or services. Emphasis is placed on the development of communication skills that enhance and establish long-term customer relationships. Students may not receive credit for both EPR 145 and WES 155.
