KIN 100 - Fitness for Living Credit Hours: 2 The values of health-related physical fitness; ramifications of a negative health life presented for individuals living in an automated, sedentary society, encouraging students to make intelligent decisions concerning a positive health lifestyle to enhance wellness now and in the future. Laboratory helps the individual discover his/her needs for achieving and maintaining high-level wellness. This course will include a physical fitness component.
