Basic Child Development Associate Prep, Certificate

The Child and Family Development Certificates are designed to prepare students for a career in child and family development. The time to complete the degree will vary, depending on remediation, summer enrollment, number of classes taken per semester, etc.

CFD 110 - Health, Safety and Nutrition Credit Hours: 3
CFD 140 - CDA Credential Preparation & Observation Credit Hours: 3
CFD 261 - Play as Development Credit Hours: 3
Select 3 Credit Hours from the following:
CFD 160 - Principles of Development in Early Childhood Credit Hours: 3 OR
CFD 255 - Principles of Development in Infancy Credit Hours: 3
