HIT 265 - Advanced Inpatient Coding

Course includes advanced diagnosis and procedure coding for Inpatient settings, completion of HIM processes using AHIMA software, provider queries, and auditing work. Completion of class with a grade of C of better is considered passing.

Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in HIT 110, HIT 150 and HIT 210.
