CSC 131 - Computational Thinking


Credit Hours: 4
Solving problems using computation and implementing solutions in a high-level programming language with emphasis on higher order functions, recursion, object-oriented programming and GUI development. C++ language constructs including assignment, data types, I/O, control statements, functions, arrays, and pointers are covered. Students may not receive credit for both CSC 125  and CSC 131.

Prerequisite(s): Grade of C or better in CSC 130  and eligible for MTH 137 .
