EPR 130 - Sales and Customer Service Credit Hours: 3 This course helps students learn the skills necessary to serve as an effective interface between customers and the organization offering products and/or services. Emphasis is placed on the development of communication skills that enhance and establish long-term customer relationships. Effective sales techniques and presentations will also be covered.
