VIN 276 - Advanced Tasting Room Management Credit Hours: 3 This course explores the key components needed to optimize sales and profitability for tasting room management. The class will focus on direct sales and tasting room activities, wine club management, direct shipping, inventory control, promotions and merchandising, customer relationship management, winery events management, employee compensation issues and employee training.
